  • Creating a User Login for Online Courses:

    • First Name, Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Login Data (username and password)

  • Free Digital Products:

    • First Name, Last Name

    • Email Address

  • Booking Readings with PDF

    • Please note that by booking a reading with PDF the reading will be recorded. The recording will be locally saved and deleted after the PDF was written and finalised. The PDF itself will be deleted within 14 days after sending it to you.  

These data are collected through the booking platform, which is also responsible for processing payments and providing access to the courses. This platform may also use third-party payment services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), whose privacy policies should also be considered.

 

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Contract Fulfillment: To process and bill bookings for readings, online courses, and paid digital products, as well as to provide the purchased products and services.

  • User Management: To create a login for accessing online courses and to manage your course access.

  • Marketing: If you subscribe to the newsletter, to send you information about new offers, courses, or products.

  • Legal Obligations: To comply with tax and other legal requirements.
